Before we meet, I'll have already researched your business. I don't arrive at a first conversation cold — I want to understand what you do, how you operate, and where you're trying to get to before we sit down together.

That first meeting is about you. We'll talk through your ambitions, where the gaps are, and whether I'm the right person to help you close them. If I don't think I am, I'll tell you.

If we're a good fit, we'll agree a clear focus — the sectors, relationships and opportunities worth prioritising — and I'll get to work. You won't be chasing me for updates. I'm available on phone and email, and we'll meet monthly to review progress, sense-check direction and make any adjustments that will move things forward.
